Tungsten Carbide Coating and Thermal Projection

Thermal projection services by CCI are able to apply coatings including tungsten carbide coating on parts up to 48 inches in diameter and 396 inches in length with a lifting capacity of 20, 000 lbs. CCI can apply a variety of coatings by using different thermal projection techniques including:

CCI utilizes ceramics depending on the operating environment of each mechanical component. This coating was formulated to meet the needs for high temperature corrosion and oxidative protection of metallic components. This is the coating of choice when other organic coatings will not survive high operating temperature. CCI ceramic coatings include:
